We were selected by a developer to provide window sash only on a historic tax credit property. The owner of the property needed to take out the old aluminum Devac windows and replace with historically accurate single hung sash. The sash were fabricated from Northern White Pine. We also used energy efficient insulated glass. We used a concealed balance system in the bottom sash to balance the windows when opened. We also made new entryways (double doors with transom) for two of the entrances.
