Tilt Pac/Replacement Sash Kits

GENERAL

  • Replace double/single hung window without disturbing the exterior or the interior trims of the house; no need to remove siding
  • Installation is done from the interior; second floor windows are not a problem to switch out

FEATURES

  • Constructed of unfinished Pine
  • Wood or metal clad
  • Glazed to the interior with wood glazing bead
  • Rigid PVC head parting stop with flexible fins
  • Vinyl bubble weather stripping at the top of the upper sash, bottom of the lower sash, and at the check rail
  • Clay-colored heavy duty sash lock and keeper
  • Machined finger grooves on the top rail of the upper sash and the bottom rail of lower sash
  • Spring-loaded block and tackle mechanical balances to carry the sash weight
  • Beige or white PVC jambliners with compression foam backing
