REPLICATE WOOD WINDOWS IN COURTHOUSE
The Kendall County Historic Courthouse is listed on the National Historic Register of Places. The structure, built in 1862, has been undergoing a restoration project that was started in 2000. We were tasked with replicating the windows which were built in the Italianate style that was widely popular during the time of construction. There are several different types of windows, but what we fabricated are tall with arched tops. Several contained a batwing muntin configuration.
