Custom Shapes, Sizes, & Styles
GENERAL
- We are capable of creating many different shapes for your windows. Our manufacturing is proficient at dealing with both very large and very small windows as well as all sizes in between. There are many styles of windows in houses, churches, and other buildings. Below are a few examples of what we can fabricate.
- Adams can manufacture both Tru-divided lites (TDL) and simulated divided lites (SDL)
- We offer many different glass choices. A few options available, but are not limited to:
- Single- or double-strength single pane glass
- Insulated glass
- Restoration glass
- Designer glass
Depending on the size of your window, we have the option of either using putty glaze or wood stop. If you have any questions on the best option for you, please contact us at info@adamsarch.com.
There are many components to a window and several options that need to be considered when recreating a window or manufacturing a custom window. A couple elements to discuss include:
- Different part sizes to achieve the look that you need
- Custom profiles
- Custom frames and sills
There is a large variety of wood species available. We are able to obtain what type of wood you are looking for, but some common selections include Eastern or Northern White Pine (our standard), Mahogany, White Oak, Accoya, etc.
